Chicken Spaghetti (Mid-month)

Those of ya'll who wanted this already got it- but it's:
Chicken, mushrooms, spaghetti, cream mushroom soup, sour cream, pimentos, and parmesan, with a sprinkling of paprika. Definitely a casserole and I was craving it. :)

Bake at 350:
- Uncovered for 30 minutes if room temperature (completely thawed out).
- Covered for 30 minutes (or so) then uncovered for another 30 minutes (or so) until completely hot.
The top layer of sketti gets a little crunchy when it's done!

  1. Quite yummy. We all enjoyed it(even our house guests:). Suggestion for next time would be just a few more chicken pieces...probably not much at all. Maybe just a 1/3 or 1/2 more chicken breast chopped small just as you did so it is easy to count 1,2,3,4... small pieces of chicken each. I am sure you are learning the counting game with your girls at the age they are:) Wouldn't want one to have 2 and the other 4, that just "wouldn't be fair" ha ha ha
